Prime Rib Chef Style
Half a pound of midwestern beef is seared in an herb crust and       slowly roasted overnight served with Ruby Port Au Jus and house made Creamy Horseradish sauce. Topped with bacon, mushrooms and onions sautéed  in our house made garlic butter.

Norwegian Salmon Westwood Style
8 oz. flame broiled and topped with a lemon garlic butter, crab meat and hollandaise.

Filet Tip Stroganoff
Tender filet and sirloin tips sautéed in garlic butter with mushrooms and onions. Tossed in our house made Stroganoff sauce and egg noodles.

Dessert
Choice of Carrot Cake or
Cheesecake with Raspberry sauce
